How our skin protocol works.
Skin treatments have a reputation for being expensive, and we're not going to pretend that reputation came from nowhere. So we've priced every step of this deliberately, rather than leaving the cost as your problem. None of it is compulsory either. If you'd rather have a prescription written and work through it at your own pace, paying as you go, that's absolutely fine. What follows is simply the better value way through, and it's what most of our clients choose.
Here's what each step involves, what it costs, and why we won't do them out of order.
Everyone starts with the same appointment, whatever they came in for.
It's called the New Client First Step, and it's three things in one visit.
We look at your skin properly, by asking the right questions and scanning it so we can see what's happening below the surface, rather than what's showing on top. What it's doing, what it's been through, what you've already tried, what you actually want changed. We take your before photos, because when you're deep into your program those photos are the only honest evidence either of us will have. $65

That's $180 less than booking the three separately, and it's available once, to every new client.
You'll walk out knowing what's actually going on in your skin, what it'll take to change it, and roughly how long that'll be. That's the whole point of the appointment.
At the end of that appointment, you'll be shown one thing.
Not a list. Not options A through F. One program, chosen for your skin.
We call it the Correct Program, which sounds blunt, and that's rather the idea. There's a correct way to treat skin, and it isn't a treatment here and there whenever you can fit one in. It's the right treatments, in the right order, with the right products in between.
Your therapist decides what goes in it. You decide whether you're in.

Your New Client First Step is part of the program, so you're never paying for it twice. And if paying for your plan all at once doesn't suit, our Aglow weekly payment plan spreads it across the life of your program.
Built at the level your skin needs
Every treatment we do sits at one of four levels, and everything on a level costs the same.

There's a reason everything on a level is the same price. Your therapist should be choosing the treatment your skin needs on the day, without worrying about what it will cost you. When the price doesn't move, the decision stays clinical rather than financial.
Every level is $50 apart, so if your skin's ready for something stronger partway through, moving a treatment up is $50 and nothing else changes.

Why we give you the homecare free
Across your ten treatments you'll spend around ten hours with us in the treatment room. Every other day of your program, your skin is in your hands.
That's where the result is kept or lost. We can do beautiful work in the room, but if the homecare isn't happening in between, your skin quietly hands most of it back.
So we're not going to sell you a program of treatments and then leave the most important part to chance. Take the treatments and the four core products come with them. Cleanser, serum, moisturiser and SPF. $490 worth, free.
That's not a sweetener. It's the other half of the plan and it matters too much to leave optional, so the first round's on us.
Why you can only do this once
Almost everything else you can do for yourself, you can judge the result on the spot. A haircut is either good or it isn't, and you know before you've paid for it. Your nails look sharp or they don't.
Skin doesn't work like that. Real change never comes from one treatment or one product. It comes from the right combination of both, done consistently, and even when every single thing is done properly, it takes a full program to transform.
Here's the part that catches nearly everyone out. It took years for the pigmentation, the lines and the congestion to arrive, and nobody argues with that. But the logic tends to go out the window when you're the one waiting. Three treatments in, you start wondering why your skin isn't finished yet. It's the same reasoning we'd never apply to the gym, and somehow skin gets held to a different standard.
So the honest problem we have is this. Our therapists are very good, and they can't prove that to you in one appointment. They need a proper run at it.
We'll offer that only once per client.
Your membership is available the day you finish your program.
Corrected skin doesn't stay corrected on its own. It holds if it's looked after and it slides if it isn't, which is why Maintain exists.

Why can't I just join the membership?
The membership protects results, whether you built them through our Correct Program or worked through your corrective treatments at your own pace. It isn't about keeping anyone out. There's just nothing to maintain until the work's been done.
Questions Worth Answering Up Front
No. Take it home and think about it. Your therapist will walk you through exactly what's in your program and what it costs before you leave, and it'll still be there when you're ready.
Your therapist reviews it at every appointment and adjusts what's in your program to suit. If your skin's ready for something stronger, moving a treatment up a level is $50. Nothing else changes.
That depends on your skin. Some treatments sit two weeks apart and others four, and skin responds at its own pace.
For most people this program is the work their skin needed. Some concerns are more stubborn than others, and if yours turns out to be one of them, your therapist will talk you through where you're at and what's worth doing next. Nothing gets added without you deciding on it.
Most likely not, and that's normal. The first round is on us, and your therapist will tell you when you're getting low so you're never caught out partway through.
