We do things differently here, and it's the only way we've found to get results that hold.
Most skin clinics hand you a menu and let you choose. We don't, and it isn't because we're precious about it. A menu tells you what we offer. It can't tell you what your skin needs.
The only way to know that is to investigate properly. That means a thorough consultation and a scan that photographs your skin below the surface, so we can see what's driving your concern rather than what's showing on top. Most of what matters isn't visible in the mirror.
Once we know what we're dealing with, we build a plan to correct it. That's never a one appointment job. Correction takes a course of treatments and consistent homecare, and how long it takes depends on your skin and how it responds.
Then, once it's corrected, the results have to be protected, because skin doesn't stay fixed on its own.
Diagnose
Every new client starts with the same appointment. A full skin assessment & consultation ($65), a Level 1 treatment ($189) and an LED session ($95). That's $349 worth of expertise and advanced treatment for $169, which is $180 less than booking the three separately. You'll be treated, not just assessed, and you'll leave understanding what's actually happening in your skin instead of what it looks like on the surface.
Correct
After that first visit, your therapist builds you one program. Not a list of options, one program, at the levels your skin needs to get the result you're after, with your core homecare included. It's the stretch of work that takes your skin from where it is to where it should be, and each client is offered it once. There's a straightforward reason for that, and we explain it when we get there.
Maintain
Our membership is how clients hold what they've built, and it starts the day you finish your program. Not because we're keeping anyone out, but because there's nothing to maintain until the work's been done.
It's a narrower way of working than most clinics, and it's the reason so many of our clients are still with us years later.
