Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds on any products or services purchased due to a change of mind.

This applies to all clinical treatments, treatment packages, skin assessments, gift vouchers and retail products.

We encourage you to speak with your clinician before completing any purchase so you feel fully confident in your choice.

Treatment or Product Reactions

We take all reported skin reactions seriously and handle every case with care and urgency.

If you believe you have experienced an adverse reaction to a treatment or product purchased from LaserSkin Specialist, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

  • You contact us as soon as possible after the reaction occurs

  • You provide clear photographic evidence of the reaction, including front and all side angles of the face or affected area

  • The images are submitted to us directly via SMS, email or in person at the clinic

  • The reaction is assessed by our clinical team

Refunds in these circumstances are considered on a case by case basis following clinical review. We reserve the right to request additional information or to recommend an in clinic review appointment before a decision is made.

Faulty Products

If a product purchased from LaserSkin Specialist is found to be faulty or damaged at the time of receipt, we will provide a replacement product of the same kind.

Please contact us within 7 days of purchase to report a faulty product. We may ask you to return the item to our clinic before a replacement is issued.
