Booking Policy

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. We understand that circumstances can change; however, late cancellations and missed appointments leave limited time for us to offer the appointment to another client.

We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel, reschedule or make changes to your appointment.

• Changes or cancellations made with at least 48 hours’ notice will not incur a cancellation fee.

• Changes or cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment will incur a $100 cancellation fee, capped at the total value of the appointment.

• Same day cancellations and failure to attend your appointment will incur a fee equal to 100% of the total booking value. If the appointment is complimentary, a $100 fee will apply.

Any deposit already paid will be applied toward the applicable fee. If no deposit was taken, the fee may be charged to the card held securely on file or must be paid before another appointment can be booked.

We understand that genuine emergencies and exceptional circumstances can occur. These situations may be considered at the discretion of LaserSkin Specialist.

By booking an appointment with LaserSkin Specialist, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation and no show policy.
