Your skin scan uses multiple filters to help us assess pigmentation, redness, congestion and the overall condition of your skin. This gives your therapist more information to choose the right treatment for your skin now and explain what should happen next.

Your 90 minute First Step gives us enough time to understand your skin, begin treating it and explain what will genuinely help.
We look at your skin properly, ask the right questions and scan it so we can see what's happening below the surface, not only what's showing on top. We talk through what your skin has been through, what you have already tried and what you genuinely want to change. We also take clear before photos so you have an honest starting point for tracking future progress. $65

Questions About Your First Step
Your First Step includes a complete skin assessment and consultation, one personalised Level 1 treatment and one LED session. Booked separately, these are valued at $349.
Please allow approximately 90 minutes. That gives us time to assess your skin properly, complete your treatment and LED session, and talk you through your recommended next steps without rushing.
Your therapist will choose the most suitable Level 1 treatment after assessing your skin. This may include a Signature Peel or Precise Peel GPS 1. The appointment is personalised rather than using the same facial for everyone.
In most cases, yes. The purpose of the assessment is to understand how your skin is functioning before we treat it. Your therapist will adapt the treatment to suit your skin and will not proceed with anything unsuitable.
Your included Level 1 treatment is designed to be an approachable first treatment with little to no downtime for most clients. Your therapist will explain exactly what to expect once your treatment has been selected.
No. Your therapist will explain what she recommends and why, but there is no obligation to purchase products or continue into a treatment program. You can take the plan home and decide what feels right for you.
Yes. If you decide to continue with the Correct Program, the $169 paid for your Returning Client First Step is credited toward the program investment.

We reassess your skin as it is now, taking your previous visits and treatment history into account. We review any changes in your skin, homecare and priorities so your treatment and recommendations reflect what you need today.
Bring a list or photos of the products you currently use and let us know about any medications, recent treatments, allergies or changes in your health. If possible, arrive without makeup, although we can remove it for you if needed.
