Advanced Technology

Our prowhitening accelerator uses the most advanced technology to produce a cold light. The light operates in a narrow wavelength range of the gentle blue spectrum. The process removes harmful heat and ultraviolet light, making the prowhitening accelerator the most advanced cold light whitening device on the market.

Effective and Quick

The 20-30 minute prowhitening procedure is very effective for teeth that have been stained by ageing or consumption of staining substances such as coffee, tea, colas, tobacco, red wine, etc… It also whitens teeth discolouration by medicines, such as tetracycline, antibiotics or excessive fluoride.

The degree of whiteness will vary from person to person, depending on the structure of the teeth. We guarantee 2-6 shades lighter – or your money back!

No, the procedure is not harmful; it simply removes stains and makes crowns and veneers less noticeable.

Does the procedure hurt?

No, although sensitivity during the treatment may occur. On rare occasions, minor tingling sensations are experienced immediately after the procedure but these always dissipate.

No need for advanced booking. We are setup to deliver our prowhitening service on the spot, with no prior preparation – so you can go home today with your new smile!

Taking care of your new smile

In order for the results to last longer you should follow some simple care instructions. To keep you teeth looking their best, we recommend flossing and brushing twice daily – and also after using staining substances such as coffee, tea, colas, tobacco, red wine, etc. With proper oral hygiene you can maintain your beautiful white smile for up to 2 years.

Prowhitening FAQ

Q. Is Prowhitening safe?
Completely! It does not harm the enamel on your teeth in any way. Research has shown that if the teeth and gums are normal and healthy there are no adverse side effects to the bleaching of one’s teeth.

Q. What does the light do?
It’s the most advanced technology used on the market today. The light source may aid in accelerating the ions in the gel providing faster results. It is an LED cold light working on a narrow gentle blue spectrum. It’s safer than other whitening treatments because it doesn’t heat the teeth, which could affect the nerves.

Q. How long does the treatment last?
The treatment lasts for up to 2 years. If you are a smoker, consume red wine, or you are a coffee drinker, then that tends to restain your teeth sooner. In this case, we recommend repeating this treatment every 6 months as the best way to maintain the tooth’s optimal condition.

Q. Is the procedure performed by a dentist?
This is a cosmetic procedure and is performed by teeth whitening professionals not a dentist. All our staff are trained with this specific procedure by Prowhitening.

Q. Can I claim this treatment on medicare?
No. This is a private cosmetic treatment, very reasonably priced so that it is accessible for all.

Q. Will it work on veneers or false teeth?
Most certainly will! The procedure lifts the stains off the veneers and brings them to the original colour they were first at.
